Me : Hopeless!
Angel : What happen to you Ken?
Me : I just felt I am hopeless. (T__T)
Angel : Huh! Positive thinking is the key of success.
Me : Positive thinking?
Angel : Yes, positive thinking brings success, happiness, better health and satisfaction.
Me: uh, so how to make myself have positive thinking?
Angel : First you need to tell yourself everyday that “I can”.
Me : I CAN!

Ignore negative thought

Angel : Good, seems like you understand jor.
Me : En, anything else I can do to make myself more positive?
Angel : Yeah, you can try to make yourself allow only flow of happiness,
             strength and success and try to avoid negative thoughts.
Me : Oooo.. this is hard because I am easy influence by others.
Angel : Hrm, then look for people who is happy and let them influence you.

Visualize success

Me : Arg! But I felt success is just too far from me.
Angel : (@.@) Then what you can do now is visualize it in your mind.
Me : Visualizing?
Angel : Yes, visualize with concentration and faith you will be able to see amazing results.

Others 

Me : Ok..Any other practice that I can do it daily in-order for me to slowly improve
         my positive thoughts?
Angel : 1. Read motivation books.
           2. Watch movies.
           3. Do more exercise.
Me : Hah! That is too much. I think the best way to keep myself positive is to
       get money from you every day. LOL!
Angel : KILL ME!

For the last few weeks I felt like the life seems start to get boring and also meaningless this is because I decided to let go something in my life. But today while I am surfing the internet as usual fb here, twitter there, read some blogs and also looking at photos from great photographers I finally found out why I am lost. I am lost because I think I am always the loser in my mind or may be on others people mind as well but I don’t care now! I think I am a loser because I always envy on somethings. It doesn’t mean that today I don’t envy anymore, but I will get everything that I am envy about by using planning and execution this make me getting excited where I know somethings will happen soon. Excitement is something that I am always looking for. Other then excitement I am also thinking of ways to make my life meaningful. As I surfing the internet I found out a few ways on how to make our life more meaningful and I will going to share a few here where I think is useful.

1. Be as silly as possible
   Being silly will allows your creativity flow between yourself. Human need creativity in order to have excitement. Surprise come from silly ideas to detailing planning. So try to act as silly as you are and from today onwards enjoy your joyful moment with your friends and family. Don t hide yourself as sweet moments is something need to discover. Happy and sweet is not something given by god without anything, you need to work for it.

2. Take risks, failed ? Continue take risk.
   No breakthrough without big risks. What is the worst thing that can happen if you going that take some risk? The worst things is fail. Fail is not a big deal where everyone fails. Without failure there won’t be a success.

3. Questions!
   Questions are more interesting than answers. The more questions that you have the more interesting you will become because you will be more knowledgeable and also more mature with all the answers you have. Do not allow yourself to have very hard questions. Make sure you split up hard questions to small portions so that you can step by step looking for the answers. Answers are dead end. If you know the answers, then nothing impress you anymore so make sure yourself always on the mood of looking for answers.

4. Be who you are
   Your potential is unique. Learn from others for sure, but never try to be anyone, be the best possible version of yourself. Tiger Woods used to have a weird swing but now everyone is trying to mimic his swing.

5. Dare to let go
   Let the universe to change you. Don’t try to force yourself into a dead end.

6. Don’t get angry
   Buddha once remarked that a single moment of anger can destroy 100 years of good deeds. Let go your negative emotions and live without regards.

Me : Tiring (o.o)!!!!
Angel : Hrm.. me too.
Me  : Angel you know that a work place is really very important to people like me.
         I really hardly to work if the work place is not suitable to me.
Angel : (=.=)” The best workplace I think is in your home lo.
Me : (T_T) True true.  Nowadays hardly to find a positive and professional workplace.

Positive Attitude 

Angel : A company must have a lot of positive energy flow throughout the whole
             company in order to success.
Me : What do you mean by that?
Angel : A company should minimize 2 type of people. First the productive worker
             but have negative attitude and secondly those who is lazy and not productive
             to the company.
Me : Why positive attitude is important?
Angel : Because you need someone who can work well and being love to be
             worked together by anyone inside a company.
Me : Wow!! Then a positive attitude worker is the greatest asset of a company lor?
Angel : YES!
Me : Any other suggestion to make a positive attitude workplace?
Angel : 1. Don’t let rumor stay too long inside a company.
             2. Show appreciation for work which one well even it not belong to your group.
             3. Share a lot of positive energy. TEAMWORK!
             4. Recognize everyone effort.

Professional

Me : Great!!
Angel : Beside positive attitude then next thing is professional.
Me : Professional?
Angel : Yes, professional in a workplace will bring a long-reaching effects and influence to
             the overall office atmosphere.
Me : Then how to start with?
Angel : Everything must start with top management. For example you used
               to say morning  to everyone to build a good relationship to your
               colleague.
Me : Other than that?
Angel : Dress properly and reward professional.
Me : That is good. I saw a lot of big company inside the television also like this de.

Workplace Culture

Angel : Lastly, improve workplace culture.
Me : Huh?! How to improve wo?
Angel : 1. Positive workplace is by setting clear goals and open communication.
             2. Take employee feedback and make actual, measurable changes within 
                 the organization.
             3. Reward employees for work well done with staff parties.
             4. Watch employees thrive once emotional and intellectual needs have been met.
Me : (@.@) Look like very good wo. Then Angel when will you open your own company?
Angel : Huh?!
Me : I am going to per-register for your first employee.

Me :  OMG! OMG! This will be the end.
Angel : Morning, Ken. What’s going on?
Me : My life is going to be end.
Angel : You must be mistaken ate medicine today.
Me : Huh!?
Angel : (=.=) Because you are weird.
Me : No! I am serious here.
Angel : Alright, what is the problem then?
Me : I think that my boss is going to fire me soon. (T.T)
Angel : What happen?
Me : I am not valuable.
Angel : Sure you are. (>.<)
Me : So what should I do now?

Skills

Angel : A worker is considered valuable when you are specialized in something.
Me : So?
Angel : Ok, so for example if you are a developer or programmer you are valuable
              when you can finish your coding as fast as possible.
Me :  Any idea how can I keep up my skills?
Angel : Gain more skill sets.
                – Finding ways to do your job better or faster
                – Saving the company money
                – Increasing your skills
                – Performing extra duties, beyond your scope of work

Self Attitude

Me : Ok. I will upgrade my skill sets then.
Angel : This is not enough. You need to :-
                – Focus yourself as a solutions and not a problem
                – Be proactive
                – Preparing facts during meetings
                – Volunteer, welcome with open arms.
                – Be a listener before a contributor.
Me : Wow!!! So many things need to be learning.

Self promotion

Angel : Lastly you need to promote yourself to your boss.
Me : How to do that?
Angel : Let me list you some tips:-
             – Each week have a day earlier than your boss.
             – Each week have a day stay later than your boss.
             – Look busy.
             - Be busy.
Me :  (@.@) Faint jor.
Angel : Is not easy to be on the top. Beside from skills sets, you need how to be real gamer.
Me : Ok, I think most important thing for me now is buying more “Essence of Chicken” to stay alert jor.
Angel : (=.=) GOOD LUCK!

On last weekend I pay a visit to Taman Tasik Prima @ Puchong to have a view on their latest project the Cascadia Townhouse. I got limited knowledge to Puchong so I do a few research on Taman Tasik Prima. Taman Tasik Prima is a 345-acre township with have a 200-acre lake attached with them. It is located within close proximity of 101 Mall, TESCO, Giant and Jusco. If you guys not familiar with Puchong you can go to Taman Tasik Prima with the following instruction:-

1. Drive from Jalan Puchong till you see Tractor Malaysia.
2. Follow the drive way and make a left turn just after the Tractor Malaysia.
3. Go straight till you saw Esso or Petronas on your right.
4. Go up the flyover and make an U-turn.
5. Go straight and turn left to the township once you reach Petronas.
6. You will saw Bolton Studio on your left hand side.
7. You had arrived the township.

Taman Tasuk Prima is developed by Prima Nova Harta Development Sdn. Bhd, a joint-venture company between the Bolton Group and Prima Navo Group. The whole concept of Taman Tasik Prima is a unique resort living – a lifetime of fun development project. The concept will take a period of 10 to 12 years which will included an open park in each residential, primary and secondary schools, a shopping complex, police station and a multi-purpose hall.

Cascadia – total with 324 units of 3-storey townhouses which will offer a lake view. The build-up space for each unit starts from 1,600 sq ft on a land of 24ft x 8f ft. The upper unit is equipped with three bedrooms and four bathrooms while the lower floor unit will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Every unit will have two parking bays and individual entrances.

The place is very nice and it is very well design but still there are some negative points that we need to consider about on this place. This location is nearby some small factories which make there are some foreign workers around the place. The road condition of the place is very bad and for my knowledge it will a bit jam due to there won’t be an easy access to there – so as a result a lot of people will get stick at the U-turn flyover. This project is build on a ex-mining land and it is a leasehold title.

Me : No just felt so lonely.
Angel : LOL, now the World cup finished and it is time for you to know some new friends.
Me : Friends? Nah… Not so easy.

Don’t be silent

Angel : Ok, first – please don’t always be in a silent mode.
Me : E! I am not always in silent mode de.
Angel : I found out that while your phone is in silent mode, you will also turn yourself into silent mode.
Me : So what should I do?
Angel : During a group conversation, try to add something in their conversation. That’s all and you had moved a big step.

Ignoring your first impression

Me : Sometimes you just don’t want to talk much.
Angel : Hahaha! Stupid boy. Please do not judge anyone by their first impression. Just dig more about them and you will have more fun.
Me : Digging ?!
Angel : People in Asia are shy on the first time.

Observe

Me : But how if there aren’t any conversation?
Angel : Pay attention to the group.
Me : What should I pay attention to?
Angel : You need to observe on the group where or when they can include you in, and then you ask for your offer.
Me : Huh! Being a contributor?
Angel : Ya! You should at first.

Be Friends

Me : Anymore tricks?
Angel : Lastly, try to be friends.
Me : How?
Angel : Asking contact whenever you meet someone new.
Me : Huh?! That simple?
Angel : Establish friendship from hanging together and also keep in touch.
Me : How to make it done?
Angel : Accept invitation and also keep in touch with your new friends.
Me : That easy?
Angel : No!! Keeping a relationship is not easy. It is about trust.
Me : En!!! I will keep it up. Thank you for the tutorial.

… World Cup

Today 3^rd July 2010, the sky feel moody. It didn’t rain but neither it have sunlight. The four years once World Cup will be ending soon. Yesterday night, Brazil had been knocked out from this tournament by Holland. As for me a World Cup without Brazil is just like the World Cup had been ended. From group match till quarter final Brazil is actually quite entertaining me. I must admit that this time Brazil do not have their best eleven as before. As the result of Brazil exit from quarter final, Dunga resign as the boss of Brazil. To be honest I actually do not like how Dunga play the team. He didn’t call up Ronaldhino, Marcelo, Adriano and Pato which can be part of a very good team. It is very sad that Brazil do not end at the final. Now I need to calm down myself as I am looking at World Cup 2014 which will be held at Brazil. I will start making my Brazil World Cup 2014 fund right now. This is part of my dream that if I could see Brazil play in the final at their own country with my own eyes without having to watch it in front of my TV even with HD.

… Iphone 4

Finally this is the month of July, the long wait Iphone 4 will be release soon. From the news saying that Iphone 4 seems like having a lot of problem. It will be having problem like wifi and phone signal not too strong. Hmm, I have planned with Joyce that we will buy each other a Iphone 4 so that we finally have a couple phone. So no matter how much problem do Iphone 4 has we will still stick to our plan to buy it. It is just like a relationship, no matter what happen or how tough life would be we won’t going to abandon each others.

… my goals

Yesterday while waiting for the second match between Uruguay and Ghana, I saw a TV show called “A Date With Lu Yu (鲁豫有约)”. I always like the way she interview or chatting with the quest, may be because of all of her guest is so well known and I want to know more about them. During the show, she is interview with my idol Jet Li. I like Jet Li since the movie of  “Wong Fei Hung” not to mention also关之琳Rosamund Kwan which is the main actress for this movie. In the interview Jet Li impress me a lot. Not only the knowledge of martial art that he have but his attitude and what have his done.  I will list out some of the things that he had done before.

1. President Richard Nixon in the United States  asked Jet Li if he can be his personal bodyguard but he replied, “I don’t want to protect any individual. When I grow up, I want to defend my one billion Chinese countrymen!”
2. At his age of 28 he took the role as Wong Fei Hung in Once Upon a Time in China movie which make him well known all over the world.
3. In the year of 2000, Jet Li turned down Chow Yun-Fat’s role in Crouching Tiger and Seraph in The Matrix trilogy because he promised his wife that he would not make any films during her pregnancy.
4. 2007, he found The One Foundation with the motto of “1 Person + 1 Dollar/Yuan + 1 Month = 1 Big Family”.

Jet Li makes me realize that nothing come so simply.

… my new work

I finally found my new job. Pressure come again. I always ask myself if I can work well with the team? Am I able to perform on my new job? There are a lot of question marks on my head now. I really hope that I can work well and be part of the team as soon as possible.
