Hold the position above for 30 seconds. Repeat this movement for 10 times a day. This is the best exercise to have sexy tummy.

This exercise provides feminine curves in the waist and hips. All you do is spin it around your waist for 5 minutes a day.

Best lower body exercises you can do. All you need is a chair. Sit on the chair and do the positioning as the image above, then squat down until you are just hovering over the chair but not sitting on it. Repeat this for 3 sets. Each sets will have 16 repetitions of squats action. Always keep the knees in line with the toes.

Yoga – Vrikshasana

Maintain your arms at the sides and your feet jointly. Gradually raise your arms and bring your palms into a namaskara in the front of your bust and put it above your head, stretch your elbows as much apart as possible. Then lift your right leg till its sole touches the left knee. Maintain the pose for 1 minute.
