Create your existing

Get to know where your customer is coming from
The same concept of online stores; you need to know where your customer coming from in-order to know who is your customer is and what will be your next business plan. The most creative and easy way is draw/put a map at the front door to encourage walk in customer making a dot/pin on the map showing where they are staying.

This technique will build a strong impact to the next customer who walk in into your store and found interesting that people from all over Klang Valley are your CUSTOMERS!

Always surprise your customer
Peoples always love surprise. For example, every 50 walk in customer will get 70% discount on non promotion items. Your customer will so surprise and giving you a superb hug.

Ask feedback from your customers
Invest in some system or a PR that only to entertain your potential customers. Know what they need is the key to be success.

Blossoming
I assume that every one love flowers, especially ROSE. Occupying every section of your store with sellable product is everyone goals, but don’t forget that most of the business retails store only make profit from 20% of their products out of 100%.So why not identify what is the main sellable product and use up more space to put fresh roses. The more the better, it will bring out an impact of how fresh your store is.
