My Bad Experience with PayPal
This is my first time using PayPal. I would like to share my experience and would like to share with the people to take it seriously when dealing with PayPal account – it will bring a lot of trouble for you if you did something wrong.

Registered my first PayPal account and activate it. Once login I link my credit card with my PayPal account and found out that I need to wait a statement from my corresponding bank in order to activate it. (=.=). So decide to do nothing and wait for it.
Suddenly 2 hours later I got a phone call from the corresponding bank. The person verify with me if I did link my credit card with PayPal. I answer him yes and he provides me the 4 digit activation code. I am very happy that finally able to use.
I login to my PayPal account and something happen (T.T). I found out that during my registration I mistaken key in my “First Name” & “Last Name”. OMG I can’t withdrawal my money jor, because the name registered must be same as the bank account. So I look over PayPal web to found out how to change my profile name. In order to change my profile name I need to upload or fax my IC with the same address with my home address. (T.T) I stay at KL but my hometown is at Sabah so my IC is still printed with my hometown address, so I give up.

I try to pay with my PayPal account. Error message occurs – it told me that my credit card do not support buying PayPal credit. (=.=) I finally decided to unlink my credit card from PayPal and going to T/T transfer money to my supplier.

Too busy, no time go to bank so I finally retry to use PayPal account to pay my supplier. New error message occurs – my account is in limitation status ?!? (T.T) “Limitation” status account means that my account cannot use to deposit money. I am very angry and decide to register a new account again. This time I register my account carefully because I do not want anything happen again.
Done on registration and I am trying to pay with my new account. Failed again because this account does not have an open invoice from my supplier. I give up again.
Finally I login back to my previous account. I upload all of my information to prove [Only image is acceptable]:-
- The credit card is belongs to me. [I need to convert e-statement from pdf to jpg]
- The address enter is belongs to me.
- This account is belongs to me.

Finally, my account is reactivating again. Successful paying my supplier and also my account name changed.
I never know that paying money to my supplier will took me 4 days but I learned that I should take my PayPal account seriously as they are very strict.

i also have the same experience…paypal really is too strict and their customer service u should try to call them. they are really funny.
