Cardiovascular Exercise

Cardio exercises are the best way to lose weight. Cardio work best in the morning, on an empty stomach. So I will suggest some of the cardio exercises which can do at home.

  • Jumping Rope
    15 – 20 minutes
  • Walking/Jogging
    30 minutes

Effective Ab Crunches

  • Basic Crunch
    1. Lying on your back
    2. Bent your knees
    3. Slowly raise yourself using your abs till you reach the top of the crunch
    4. Slowly lower your back down to the flow
    5. Repeat this process 30 times
    6. Rest for 90 seconds
    7. Repeat the sets for 3 times
    8. Done for the day

  • Reverse Crunch
    1. Lying o your back
    2. Bend your knees slightly with your legs in the air
    3. Cross your ankles
    4. Slowly raise your hips
    5. Hold this position for 2-3 seconds
    6. Slowly lower your hips back to the floor and repeat the process
    7. Repeat this process for 30 times
    8. Rest for 90 seconds
    9. Repeat the sets for 3 times
    10. Done for the day
