Pond Maintenance

My “Koi” pond is very cloudy and dirty recently. I had try a lot of ways to clean the pond but failed [water change and filter chamber cleaning] so I decide to buy a new filter box to support the heavy load of Koi fish. This filter box support up to 25,000 liter of waters and also 10,000 l/h waters.

The Pet Hotel

I got pets for myself. I know that it will be very troublesome for me if I am going for travelling, so I always dream that if it possible to have a 5 – Star Pet Hotel for my Isaac and Smith to stay when I am not around. Many of the pet stores nowadays provide pet boarding service too as this is one of their main earning but the problem is pet store is actually having limited of space. In this business proposal I will list out all the criteria for a good Pet Hotel.

Food
Pet owner will able to select any kind of food to be feed for their pets during boarding. The pet hotel is able to provide most of the popular branded dog food for their pets.

Kennel
There are different of kennel size that can be select for the pet’s owner. Kennel will be sized from small to giant. There is another selection for pet’s owner to select normal kennel or air-con kennel.

Bath and grooming
Bath, grooming, de-flea and de-ticking service will be provide to ensure all pets are clean and no flea or tick will be spread into the hotel.

Medication Boarding
Services such as vaccination for dogs and cats and also concentrated care for dogs and do care which require medical attention or after surgery.

Playing area or exercise
Exercise garden and playing area are provided in this pet hotel too so that pet’s owner can request for exercise service for their dog.

Obedience Training
During boarding, pet owner can subscribe their dog for obedience training. So after a sweet holiday their dog had been train by our professional.

Day Care
The pet hotel also provided day care service. Day care can be flexible as pet hotel staff will collect the dog or cat from pet owner in the morning and return in the evening or it can be weekly that means collection is on Monday morning and will be returning on Saturday morning.

Transportation
Pick up and returning to your door step.

Communication with Your Dogs

Dogs are human’s best friends. They had born to have the ability to learn from human. A dog is never stupid, only the owner do not give enough time and effort. All type of conversation is good to build the bond within you and your dog. But please make sure you give them the right direction with simple and correct tone. Try to let them know when you are happy, when you are sad and when you are “Angry”. They are able to read it by the tones and the expressions on your face. So be keep to yourself on consistent communication within you and your pet.

Please keep in mind on using simple words if you want them to understand you. Use the word each time with a clear and confident tone. Dog read your tone and as well as hearing the word. “NO” to stop any action from your dog with loud and heavy tone. Praise with full of love “Good Boy ”.

Building a strong bond with your dog take times. Speak with your dog while going for a walk, while relaxing watching TV, while they having their meals and others. Keep this a daily routine. Make them trust you and understand what you want. There are no too old dog to learn new tricks. Build a successful relation will make the enjoyment between you and your dog.

Dogs only use a direct language while talking with you. They will show their feeling exactly as what they feel and what they want. They don’t lie to you, because they do not know how to lie. They always honest to you; so please be always honest to your dog. When you want someone to treat you good, you must treat them good too.

Trust me; communication with dogs is easier then communicating with human beings. Give a lot of trust to them. Give time to them to understand you. Good luck.

End Of The CNY 2009

Finally I declare the end of CNY 2009 because I need to back to work by tomorrow. Two more days I will back to ChengDu, China. This few Chinese New Year holidays bring me back a lot of memories where it just like happen to me a few days past.

It had been a busy Chinese New Year as I am busy mamaking with friends, traveling from KL -> Sandakan -> KL -> Batu Pahat -> KL and fixing house. I try my best to spend my time with my beloved doggie; Smith & Isaac. Both of them are too cute and I love them so much. I promise to “Chung” that I will treat Isaac and train him well, but I didn’t manage to do it as I will not around KL for a few months, but I will continue back the training as I back to KL. I will make sure him fit and ready. For this moment I say sorry first ya!

It had been my most busy week at KL. I need to finish most of my pending things before I go back to ChengDu again. I find most of my friends for mamaking. Sorry to whom I can’t manage to find my time to find you mamaking as my time @ KL is limited. I also try my best to accompany Joyce, hope she won’t complaint as the time that I allocate for her is as equal to I give the time to my friends.

But one thing I found out that KL is a place where you can’t really manage your time well. First, you will have to meet traffic jam. Second, traveling from one place to another place is quite far; you need at least 1/2 hour to go from one destination to another destination. Third and the last when you mamaking with friends it is really very hard judge your time. : P
